Genius Computer Solutions offers affordable Personal Computer, Server & Network Maintenance options. Our contract (options 1,2 and 3) are each uniquely designed to reduce the various costs of maintaining your computer equipment. In addition we will give you with priority response so your problems will be handled quickly in the event of a major system outage. Lastly our 4th Option is a pay as you go plan.

Using Genius Computer Solutions services and contracts ultimately will save you on the cost verses employing your own in house computer staff.

Option #1 – Server Network Contract – Unlimited Network Problems

Genius Computer Solutions Server Network contract is ideal for organizations that rely heavily on their Servers for mission critical work. This contract option covers your Server as well as troubleshooting major network outages. Although pricing for this contract is based on the number of Personal Computers at your site, this is intended for server and network coverage. If you wish to cover your PC’s we can cover those as well with Contract Option#3.

Option#2 – Preventative Maintenance Contract (PC Tune Up)

The goal of this contract option is to prevent system outages by close monitoring and maintenance of all your PC’s and Servers. Every 3 months our customized procedure will be performed on all your systems. By doing this we hope to catch problems before they occur and most of all before they become bigger. This will also reduce or eliminate any potential revenue or sales from being lost from employee productivity through system down time.

What we do:

• Speeding up your computer (by Cleanup unnecessary loading of programs)
• Antivirus & Spyware checkup
• Monitor error logs and network traffic statistics for advanced waming of major problems.
• Applying Software updates
• Clean printers and computers internally and externally
• Check your hard drive for bad spots
• Cleanup old files (Save valuable space, makes it easier to find what you need and reduce backup time.)

Option#3 – Hardware Contract

This Hardware contract covers parts and labor to repair a covered system for a period of 1 year. In addition this contract covers you with a guaranteed on site response time to 4 or 8 hours. Customers that purchase this option, When combined with our Network Contract above, will also get a discount on our hourly rate. This discount can be used toward labor for installation, software support or any other service not covered under contract.

Option#4 – Time and materials (pay as you go)

With this option all calls are billed on an as needed basis. We bill you for the first full hour and in 15 minute intervals following that. You are billed for parts and labor as equipment breaks down (pay as you go). There is no guarantee on response time with this contract option. This plan offers no cap on the cost of annual maintenance. Please call for our rates.
